FUNDING PARTNERS MANAGER
The Funding Partners Manager position requires a keen ability to manage, organize and track the progress of the team while still engaging in the day-to-day implementation of our development tasks and activities.
This role is responsible for implementing fundraising plans, including events, grants, and individual giving strategies. Must have experience in nonprofit fundraising, writing proposals, and working with major donors.
Requires 5+ years experience in fundraising/development for nonprofits and 3+ years working with major gifts/major donors, as well as proficiency in CRM, ideally Bloomerang, and with professional software and platforms including Google Suite, MS Office, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Zoom.
Position can be remote, however, successful candidate must be able to travel to Durham, NC, for quarterly meetings and elsewhere regularly to meet with donors and for events.

Her career has centered around using storytelling, strategic marketing, and relationship-building to create meaningful impact.
